THE WAR LEDGENDS HISTORY:

Well where do I start.... For me, I came to know this great clan and it's creator,

OneEyeJack back in, the summer of 2001, when the clan name was known as

ELT=USA.

With a single rifle shot between my eyes by this wild man, I was introduced to

Jack and his co-founders' Slippery and Wildcard. At that time they did not have

their own server and were just three guys having fun. After a few hours of taking

a severe punishment, Jack asks me if I wanted to join up with them and so I did.

There have been many ups and downs for us since then. We've got our own server

now, seen people come and go and have a great group of clan members, we now call

"THE WAR LEGENDS"...Drifter.

Since then, we've seen our clan grow to over two-dozen active members, and Jack's

still having fun. In the spring of 2005, we changed server providers to improve the

gaming experience for both clan members and our welcomed visitors.

ViPER joined in 2003 with a vision to combine the popular TWL realism with some of the best custom maps and mods available.

"I remember playing these incredible maps, and it was allways just three or four of us. Our mission was clear - We had to get these maps out to the Troops! "...ViPER.

By 2006 ViPER released ViPERMODS, Strategic Hold Mods, Push Mods, Close Combat Mods, the LMS mod, Hold the radio, Drinking Games including Steal the Beer and Hold the Winnery, TDM conversions and dozens of single player conversions all under the <TWL> tag.

TWL is stronger than ever and becoming active in clan match competition.
