Paul, it sounds like to me they have no competion so they don't care and are not updating to the latest tech. My advice is just keep bugging them to death until they do something to fix it.

This is kinda like Ford vs Chevy, they are both good cards, of course this is the based upon how much you want to spend. The top of the line in each will run extremely well in any game, BTW the current top of the line NVidia is 9800 X2 ultimate. This is way more card then you need other than you won...
