Brisket Chili

2 1/2 pounds of brisket vut into 1 inch cubes.
1 pound of lean pork ground.
1 large onion, finely chopped.
2 tbls veggie oil, salt, and pepper to tatse
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbls diced green chilies
8 oz tamato sauce
2 beef bouillion cubes 12 oz bud beer
1 1/4 cups of water
4-6 tbls chili powder
3tbls of cumin
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp of brown sugar
1 pinch of orgeano

In large pot brown beef, pork, and onions in hot oil. Add salt and pepper, for taste. Addremaining ingredients. Stir well and cover. Simmer for 3-4 hrs or until meat is tender. then serve.

Chicken and Biscuits.
12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 in squares.
2 tbls of butter
1 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of milk
1 10 oz bag of frozen peas and carrots.
1 box of chicken pasta roni
4 large bisaquits or 8 small bistuits cooked in oven.

cook chicken with buttewn until done. Add water, milk, and veggies.Bring to a boil and add pasta roni mix and gently boil until pasta is firm. Let stand for 5 mins and serve over biscuits.

Commander's Garlic bread


Preheat oven to 325 F
1 15 inch loaf of french bread.
6 tbls of melted butter.
2 heads of garlic cloves peeled and minced
1/2 cup of pecorino romano cheese
1/2 chopped dill

Slice bread in half horisontally. Brush interior gerneroulsy with melted butter. Spread minced garlic, the grated cheese and the dill evenly over the butter. Cut bread into 1 inch slice before baking. Place on baking sheet and in the oven for 10 mins and serve.

Tomato salsa


1 pound ripe tomatos, cored and diced.
1 small red onion diced
1 small jalapanos pepper, seeded and minced
1 garlic clove pelled and minced.
3 tbls of fresh chooped cilantro
3 tbls of fresh lime juice
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper

In large bowl combine all ingredients gently stirring to combine. Cover and refrigrate for servral hours so that all flavors blend together and tatse to see if more seasoning is needed
