Teamspeak 3 allows admins to upload maps to a local server where players in ts3 can download.
This is for maps and mods only but i have put 2 mp3s there for testing only.
Uploading.
Firstly it uploaded very slow.The default is set to upload slow so you need to change the speed in
settings,options,downloads, do not limit.
Right click on TWL WAITING ROOM,press open file browser press upload file
Downloading
Right click on TWL WAITING ROOM,press open file browser.
Change the location where you want the file to go by changing the download location
Double click the file you want.
