HELP my pc is runing slow

help my pc and enternet is runing slow and do not no y cane same one help me plz i well do enything :kiss: well allmost enything lol :sos:

run spybot S and D, then defrag. Shut down your pc, unplug the network cable and power to the modem. Wait about a minute then re connect the power and network cable. Restart your pc. If this doesnt work youll need to look at your proccess and see whats eating all your memory. Let me know what happens. :liar:

Also, before you dfrag run the Disk cleanup and web browser cleanup.

Also AVG has a free spyware program, it catches what Spybot misses. I also run the AVG anti-rootkit software. Oh, and did I mention? They are all free. We like free. :yay:

are you able to access Msconfig in the Run command?
or are ya still gettin that alert when ya try?

I use AVG myself, but i dotn htink i have AVG rootkit, can u sned me the link?
