Mod for weapon limiting spearhead

Hello all i need sum help i have m8 who setting up a Spearhead server but he is trying to fine a Mod for Weapon limiting he tryed Foresight & Ci but with no luck just asking any one no where i can get a Mod from or how to set it up

I don't know of a download for a weapon limiter as the one I have is a custom modification to the mike-torso.
This modification on our servers is an ongoing accumulation of modifications that includes the ladders, the knife, the base builder mod, our anti shark and a bunch of other stuff im affraid its not a simple matter to share - in fact it would be more work than to start from scratch.
