I will be updating the TWL mod pak to include some new flags pictures and posters and some other stuff. So I thought it would be good to have a contest and see who can make the best offerings in flags pictures or posters that you can come up with to be included in the mod.

You may want to get an art program to manipulate graphics - I use the GIMP its free -
