1 lb beef, sliced thin (or you can use fajita meat)
Salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. Fresh broccoli with Stalks cut off
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
Carefully slice beef into thin bite-size pieces across the grain of the beef. Marinate beef in soya sauce and salt. Shred broccoli. Place oil in wok and heat to smoking point. Quickly stir-fry beef in it no more than 3 minutes.
Remove beef to platter and reserve. Add broccoli to wok, 1/2 cup water, sugar. Turn burner to medium high, cover broccoli. Cook 6 minutes. Lift cover of wok and stir broccoli every so often so it will cook on all sides. Add beef back to broccoli; stir everything together. Serve over rice.
This is the way I make mine. I hope directions are simple enough
