Some people have been having problems with windows 7 losing keys.This is not a fix but it gets you running again quickly.
Open your medal of honor mainta folder and open a folder called config.inside there will be a file called unnamedsolder.cfg.Make a new folder called copycfg there and copy and paste that file into it.Rename that file to copycfg.cfg (you can call it anything at all like paulcopy.cfg etc).
Now copy that file again to your medal of honor mainta folder with all your maps and mods folders.
Ok when you are playing the game if your keys lose their bindings again do this.
Press tildie button (left of number one)
type exec copycfg.cfg and press enter
replace copycfg with whatever you called yours and press enter.
Hopefully your keys will be correct again.
