Strange happening

Yesterday I saw a guy on the side of the freeway being put in handcuffs.
I later found out that he was filling up at a gas station, and must have spilled some gasoline on his sleeve. He finished getting gas, got back in the car and left. He got on the freeway and lit a cigarette. The cigarette ignited the gas on his sleeve and his entire sleeve burst into flames. He pulled over, got out of the car and ran around shaking his arm all over trying to put out the flames. A State Trooper who was driving by pulled over. After extinguishing the man's sleeve, the trooper promptly arrested the man.
