auto sound reduction in TS 3 and Win7

Game sound muting or reducing when ppl talk in ts3? heres how to defeat it.
in TS3 do this.....
settings/plugins - uncheck volume control
if that doesnt work your win7 may be the culprit...
right click on your menu bar speaker/select sounds/select communications tab/select do nothing/ apply.
