-Ok .. well i'll start it up .. and be the first to leave ... I've broken a few rules from time to time ... but if from all this .. i'm the only one .. that would be disappointing ...

I'll still play on the TWL server .. unless asked to leave .. then of course .. I'll smurf my way back in ;)

Whats this POLL ABOUT??

I think its about time we play nicely and obey the rules set out for the clan.Both admins and members have rules they have to abide but these are being ignored and not inforced.I am sick to death of being called a "HACK" because i have high ping and i shouldn't be able to hit anyone.I also know one other person is constantly accused in teamspeak for cheating but generally keeps quiet.
In this instance it sounded a bit heated and words were said and maybe a wee bit of new years drink was a part but the same thing keeps popping up time and time again.Accusing people of cheating without proof is not allowed clan members or not.With this person involved i have asked at least 6 people this year how is he hacking and as yet not one expert can say how he is doing it but he has to be.

I think it is about time the top admins address the situation and if people keep breaking the rules viper should get involved and sort it because this is happening all the time and he only hears about it when things blow out of proportion.

I like to play this game because Im good at it. I dont hack.. I use forced skin's and Viper doesnt like it. When he comes onto the server he changes the setings and the skins default to stock. I just keep applying the skin and the server keeps changing it every 30 sec. HeHe.
You know there is just so much crap you can use to hack its hard to detect a really good player and a hacker. No bush, see thru windows and door's, translucent walls. There is a lag hack that you see pings go up and down.
What I really hate is 3rd person... that is really crap and makes the game cheap. Turn it off Viper and I'll stop using forced skins!!!!
And turn off team wounding and voting...
Also make it one shot kill!
And one nade, and the german nade laucher
And shot guns....
And I am going to wear General Tag's!

Im not sure i understand what this is about? members breaking the rules? what rules - hacking?

So the intent of this poll has been explained to me by the OP - It refers to those individuals who accuse and abuse, calling fellow members hacks - an act that violates the code of conduct and revolves around the source of recent troubles with verbal abuse and accusations and has nothing to do with administration of the server.

So, just a reminder, If you suspect a fellow member of hacking *( let me know. you can pm me your suspicions and/or provide proof you may have). End of story.

There are methods beyond "he killed me" to determine if someone is hacking. these are and will be used to make initial, random, as needed or final determinations. Anyone who disagrees with the determination can take a hike.

Anyone determined to be Hacking OR Anyone wrongfully** accusing a fellow member of hacking will be immediatley removed from the clan.

I am closing this.Hopefully my point has been made and we can just play the game.I have to trust my fellow players that they are not cheating etc just like they have to trust me.It is a two way street and there is no need for bad language and arguements.If you are going to lose your cool simply leave the game and put on some soothing music before it gets out of hand.Tomorrow is always a new day so think happy thoughts,life is too short.
