Today is the one year aniversary of the earthquake which hit christchurch in new zealand.181 people died and over 6,000 houses has to be demolished.1,200 multi story buildings in the city center has been demolished or still waiting to be demolished out of 2400 buildings in total.The area is still a warzone and will be for years to come.lives are still in limbo,People are still living in caravans,vans etc.Whole suburbs have been demolished and the people are still misplaced.
Hopefully this year will be better and the earthquakes will stop but they are predicted to go on for another 10 years.
