NEW OBJ SERVER! AND DEDICATED CUSTOM SERVER

Kansas City is our new location for the new rifle/OBJ server. Check it out...... It is 64 bit windows based with Daven's SH fixes installed.
I have converted our rifle/OBJ Dallas server to a dedicated custom map server.
