I asked Santa for the game for Christmas.

I've been a good boy, so I think I'll get it.

I'll follow up to on this to see if there's any desire to get sniped from me in a different game.

The game sounds super fun.
Unfortunately I cant afford the necessary upgrades to be able to play.

I'm waiting for Santa to bring it! I'm excited to try it though.

Our Spearhead server seems dead as hell. I check-in here and there and its either empty, or OV sitting in spec waiting for players. It's sad.

I'll toy with a new game until guys come out of hiding/hibernation and come back to our server.

I'll be sporting the <TWL> tags, so maybe I can drag guys back to Spearhead. But who knows, maybe the new game rocks so much that we can all combine to start a new legacy. If all else fails, Spearhead will always be there.

As far as not having money to upgrade... prices on whole new systems are cheap as hell these days. Check out sams club, costco, dell outlet, etc. i7's with 16 gb ram and workable video cards are cheap.

So I have been playing COD WW2...

The single player game was decent, but now that I've started in the multi-player, I think it sucks. The maps are so small and confining... all nooks and crannies that would be cool to camp or hold in are walled off... its all spray and pray noobs running around in tiny maps with no good places to protect your back.

We need a remake of the spearhead engine.

Ugh. Save your money.

Seeing more of the multi-player maps... they are less claustrophobic. Better for sniper rifles. ;)

I’m upgrading PC parts so that I can run the newer games.
It would be cool to try out and see how the game play is.
Still not leaving Spearhead behind though. Never.

I have everything I need except a power supply and the game.

Well, I dont think I am going back to PC, when I can use Key Board Mouse (KBM) with an adapter for console. The USB Hub adapter is by a company called XIM. Links will be at the end of the post.

Why worry about hacks or cheating when we can use console systems?

We constantly upgrade our systems, why? Why constantly upgrade RAM, video cards etc when we can run consoles and use KBM so it feels and acts JUST LIKE a PC?

I think this is a viable alternative.

COmes with a USB hub with 3 inputs, you plug in the mouse, keyboard and controller, down load the app for key binds and then play console like a PC.

Interesting.. I got my kids a PS4 for Christmas... I'll probably tinker with it. I'll probably stick with the PC gaming, but you never know!
