Server updates

I have just uploaded the latest updates to the server as follows
Hunt delivery truck slowed down at spawn (so less miss rides)
safe place mod in Algiers
server messages modified - new message sytem will randomly select 1 message from a pool of messages each round - randomness will include
a 30 - 40 percent chance of no message.
NO MORE "get the maps" messages during custom maps
WEAPONS
new order for selecting weapons - more consistant from allies to axis
Kar 98 sniper now available to allies
Gas canister smoke conflict fix
modified bazookas
kar mortar rifle (trying to fix)
new gunonly - single forced weapon control
paired weapon control limiter
new weapon loadout script to balance additional weapons loadouts and ammo (gas, nades)
can add grenades and ammo counts on the fly + more
These weapon mods will have problems as usual. they did before and im sure will again.
