New Rifle Selection

the old rifle selection scheme was different from allies to axis and allies didn't get kar98 sniper. I wanted to make the selection more consistent.
Here is the new scheme for selecting your rifles -
ALLIES
1 US - KAR 98 / UK - ENFIELD / RUS - MOSIN
2 SPRINGFIELD SNIPER
3 KAR 98 SNIPER #
4 ENFIELD
5 MOSIN
6 KAR MORTAR without nades #
AXIS
1 KAR 98
2 KAR 98 SNIPER
3 SPRINGFIELD SNIPER
4 ENFIELD
5 MOSIN
6 KAR MORTAR without nades #

Now when you change team your selection will remain consistent.
