The Evaporating Water Fan/Cooler

Basically, it looks like this....
you feel the water up at the bottom and put in blue frozen water bottles
and you can top up with water at top
it has internal swivelling fan blowing and has 3 power settings, 1, 2, and 3 and also a cooler button
