run spybot S and D, then defrag. Shut down your pc, unplug the network cable and power to the modem. Wait about a minute then re connect the power and network cable. Restart your pc. If this doesnt work youll need to look at your proccess and see whats eating all your memory. Let me know what happens. :liar:

Also, before you dfrag run the Disk cleanup and web browser cleanup.

Also AVG has a free spyware program, it catches what Spybot misses. I also run the AVG anti-rootkit software. Oh, and did I mention? They are all free. We like free.

Don't forget to delete all your "temporary internet files".

If all that fails, buy yourself another computer you cheap tightwad lol
