Just a reminder regarding recruitment of Players-
All TWL members can recruit new players if the following requirements are met. If new recruits make it past the 30 day trial period the recruitor wioll receive a $1,000 TWL cash award - that will add to your value as a member and can be used for TWL challange events.
1. Recruit must be 18 or older
2. Players must be mature and not play child pranks, abuse the public banner and repeat taunt in the game.
3. TS is bonus but not required for general membership - TS is required to participate in 10th Mountain Events.
What to do for the recruit -
1. tell the player to read the code of honor - and the player has 30 days to join the forums
2. tell the player to tag up like so (<TWL>|REC|NAME)
3. Recruitor must PM me a notice of recruitment - this starts the 30 day clock and makes recruitor eligable for the award at the end of the 30 period.
Reminder of important things to know
the award may be revoked if the new member bails within 60 days of recruitment.
any member may submit to me a formal complaint regarding new recuits.
new recuits may be denied on as few as two member complaints.
any new recruit may be denied by myself for any reason.
recommendations
1. Choose players that have shown repeated interest in playing on TWL servers.
2. TWL is an adult clan - Even if older than 18 be sure that they behave like adults.
3. Choose friends and family that are interested - they are the best.
