Widescreen monitor and game size issues?

Post by Theripppa »

My uncle who just joined(Roller) has a Samsung 22" widescreen monitor, i think the model is 2253dw..he says when he plays the game in doesnt go full screen, maybe the size of a 17" monitor. He has tried messsing with video settings, no luck. Is there something else he needs to do, is it game capatable with the digital widescreen, or something in his video card settings?....someone help roller out..

I am using an LG Digital 24 inch monitor running on Vista and I have no issues. The game fills the monitor even on Hi-Def settings, 720p(1200x720)/1080p(1900x1080).

Let's try this first:

On your desktop look for the shortcut for the game, right click on it and go to "Properties". Once that comes up you'll see a screen like this.
ImageThe window next to "Run:" is where you can select how the game starts. Make sure that this window says Normal Window or Maximized.

Easier way

The easiest way will be to box it up and send it to me.I live in the brown house beside the blue one which is down the road from the green one.You shouldn't have issues finding me.I will gladly send over my 19 inch crt which should work fine.Well it would work fine if it was clear and not fuzzy.
