New MOH site

I just introduced another MOHAA outreach site. It is ViPER Maps & Mods and is dedicated to sharing my work with the MOH community.

Formatted like the the recycling bin. I think I will update our own downloads page to match this style.

The site is setup quite nice and I've already got some friends over at s4l clan interested, hehe. Viper, you're always doing some great stuff for the MOH community and people are watching. Keep up the great work man.
