Something is not quite right

I was playing in a server which was full of rockets and one guy was just awsome.He couldn't miss and he managed to get 41 kills and just 3 deaths.I spectated him and he didn't appear to goto spectate to reload so his rocket must hold at least 15 rockets and more if he actually missed.
