Fry up 3 slices of bacon crisp
Cook a steak on the grill
When its almost done sprinkle brown shugar on it...
Sprinkle bacon over the steak,
A little more brown shugar (not too much)
Load it up with chese n close the grill n let her melt

(If you do end up with too much brown shugar like i did...lol... make sure you cook it lol)

For Me I prefer Me A good ole new york strip or t-bone seasoned with season salt with freshly ground garlic and dried parsley chopped. grilled to prefection.

I used NY Strip it was good.
