Ceiling Limit on Server 3

I wanted to test the ceiling limit on server 3 and I was only able to get up to 28,000 feet. After that I started to loose air speed and unable to climb anymore.
For those who care, here is a screen shot showing the 28,000!
It was on the objective carrier map,and with a Spitefire.
