We had a good scrimmage overall. Good job to Alpha who stole the night and good job for Bravo who stuck through the thick of it.
Remember - this is a team exercise geared towards building a single team for clan warfare. So it is your part to commit to the hour of clan scrimmage thick or thin. This is how we practice and learn. learn to win and learn how to loose. two valuable lessons to be utilized in one stroke and carried to the next level - improvement.
Please do not bail when the getting gets tough, this only makes it difficult for your team mates and is counter productive for the learning process. I do not want to see bailing used as a loosing strategy. If we hope to take legitimate victories from other clans - then we need to accept the fact that we may need to endure some defeats as well. And if this is the case - we will do so with honor and respect. Is that clear?
Lastly, we want this to be a balanced exercise. At any time either team can call for a rebalancing of team members if it is apparent that the line up is lopsided.
